So Hi welcome and this is where I post anything that related to public domain characters or almost public domain characters in next year art that is anything but with no hate art and assuming thing that could lead to misunderstand
Well that good to know but still Felix having a horror movie is highly unlikely since he has no attention to people who making horror movie because he not really a well known character to the modern day people only a few or many other people know him like I forgot about him until I saw this post

Well I don’t think anyone will want to make Felix since he the cartoon character that people never knew he exist or at least in other words he not that popular compare to the other public domain characters since they are probably popular because of Disney or other thing that made them popular

I know this is like 10 months ago but if you read this (which I highly doubt that) so the reason why they can’t make any kind of movie or any of their original content with it is because it only the cartoon that is public domain not the characters the characters has more years to be public domain
