Today, I was back at Gladston parkrun for a Mob match of Queens Park Harries vs Mornington Chasers. There was superb turnout from both clubs. My time was 4 seconds quicker than run in June here. #parkrun

First time at Lloyd parkrun, Croydon. It was a beautiful cross-country style course with a good hill to make it challenging. #parkrun

It was a long day on Saturday for me, five hours of bike riding, five hour athletics meet completing all throw events and an 800m race. The day started with an easy warm-up on a hot and hilly Gladstone parkrun in the morning. #parkrun

Good day at Dulwhich parkrun. I had the goal of getting a sub 30min 5k. In the end Irun the 5k in at about 29:19, it will be a course pb for Dulwhich parkrun. Big thankyou to all the volunteers today. #parkrun

First time at Hilly Fields parkrun, and yes, it is hilly. But Hampstead Heath parkrun is tougher, so I am used to this type of parkrun. #parkrun #hillyfields
