I am happy to report that I have achieved the perfect pizza recipe that:
1. Uses shelf stable ingredients with the exception being cheese and toppings.
2. Is less than an hour start to finish
3. Has flavor and texture are exactly what I want (woo cracker crust!)

As someone who helps care for aging parents who watch a lot of baseball, I root against any team that accepts sponsorship from Prevagen. I hope the Brewers and Cubs both crash and burn this post season.
