With the fires people are criticizing CA hiring (fire department etc) saying they are not qualified and relating it to DEI. Can these same people check the qualifications of Trump’s cabinet??

The GOP is using the California wildfires as an opportunity to undermine Democrats in CA. But what policy did they enact or not enact to to contribute to the wildfires? When there is a mass shooting the Democrats use the opportunity but they are talking about policy changes not just name calling.

House Leader Mike Johnson is in trouble with his conference because he negotiated a deal with Democrats. Looks similar to the the border deal... the GOP does not want to negotiate deals, they only want to complain and blame.
