Too many have been silent or distracted for too long . I hope they will articulate thoughts, dreams, plans, and dreams. Unfortunately, I believe TikTok will return quickly to sell the Trump savior concept, so we may never really experience that potentially profound transition.

Most of them have several social media outlets so I hope they just realize it is what it is. We are on winter break until this next week so I have not gotten a chance to see any of their reactions but I’ll get a better gauge for it when my classes start on Wednesday.

I teach freshman and sophomores mostly and they are all very dependent on their social media. They are smart though… I’m hoping they will see through the trickery.
