Fruitcake! Specifically the Collin Street Bakery Deluxe Fruitcake. My family has been ordering this Corsicana, TX cake for 50 years. Simply outstanding! I’m serving on my beautiful Poinsettia dinnerware by Block Spal Portugal designed by Mary Lou Goertzen.

Hutchins BBQ, McKinney, TX, leftovers for breakfast. Brisket Burnt ends, TX Twinkie & mashed pots - perfection!
Funny story - we moved to TX in 1981 I thought I died & gone to BBQ heaven until I realized they barbecue cow! I was raised on Memphis style hog bbq & took 30 yrs to appreciate brisket!
