I suggest a simple solution to the fact that the company formerly known as Twitter is now named the letter X

Call the company ex-Twitter and your posts ex-Tweets.

Maybe spelled X-Twitter and X-Tweets.

Instead of X-Tweets we could just call them X-crement.
