Been feeling mentally under the weather today. For dinner I thought I'd make something simple but tasty: leftover fried rice, omelette, and sweet potato hash browns.
(I realize whenever I share cooking pictures, it's always omelettes. I swear I'll learn something new to cook!)

As much as I love my kigu, I've been seriously thinking of saving up and finding someone who makes partials. It's awkward trying to maneuver in a narrow bathroom stall trying to partially remove this & also making sure parts don't fall into the toilet. 😥

Also Aki (orange boy) was the first cat I ever had. He was my soul cat. I had him since he was 2mo old. He was my shadow. Anywhere I was at, he was there. Anytime I was sad or upset, he was with me. He'd give up the perfect sun spot on the floor if I was sitting on the couch.

Lemme tell you just how EXCITED I was seeing this absolute BEAST of a war plane. I love the B-29 Superfortress! Absolute gorgeous aircraft! I'd love to see one fly.
