I sum up the Harris candidacy in one move. She got Liz Cheney's support. Nobody supporting Harris would have voted for Cheney, nobody in the campaign should have been advocating the same platform. The constant shift right dragged the party into an unwinnable minefield. Blind stupidity top to bottom.

If the terrible system is doing its best to make society sad and depressed, there is a nobility to finding opportunities to feel good about something, and broadcast it to others so they can see the alternative.

I recall Fantasy at one point had optional rules for 'allied' factions to take units of one slot higher than their own rulebook. So an allied core unit could be taken as a special unit, or an allied special unit could be taken as a rare unit, but rare units and leaders were not transferable.

Small towns have a bad reputation, because they are more personal. You have to be there to know what it's like. There's a wide net cast over the sparsely populated regions because you just don't know it well enough, but if you keep liveing there, no matter who you are, you become 'one of the locals'

I see a high top speed and a primitive engine, and I want to bog it down. Get it into tough terrain, make the pilot throw some checks and increase the odds of jamming the transmission or otherwise degrading its performance to effect escape, or make it a stationary target for called artillery.
