I keep feeling like I want a bigger goal to achieve next and there's one that I really want to accomplish but I feel... Inadequate to do it right now? So that's exactly the goal that I want to achieve next. I'll figure it out as I go.

Recently I started to look for joy in what I do and it's such an experience. I start to do things because I enjoy them but I stop once that spark is gone. Maybe it's 2-3 min, maybe 20 but thing is, the next day, i want to do that thing again. Learning when the joy goes away is an interesting skill.

As a way to progress with my goals (drawing and YouTube) I do something daily for them. A 1 min sketch is better than nothing. Reading and taking notes from 1 page is way more progress than if i did nothing. I also wrote what I did on a wall calendar and it's really motivating to look at it.

Frieren

I started to change the narrative in my life. Someone is mean at work? Boom, I get myself a new pencil. I interact with someone who is using insults or a not so friendly tone? Bam! My dinner is my favourite dish. Life's more enjoyable once you take control of it and decide its flow.
