The wingtip facing the observer,
could it be their smile that creates a source of light,
they, gleaming with gladness at the precious sight?
Twilight picture out of plane window. 28,000 ft. in the air. Rocket launch seen leaving a bright smokey and wavy streak that looks beautiful against the dark blue twilight sky and the orange of the fading sunset on the horizon. The picture itself is somewhat blotchy and distorted; however, it adds to the dreaminess of the picture. The distortion has a layer of blue ghostly smoke. And the wingtip of the airplane blazes with a white golden flash though facing away from the dying light; facing the observer. The origin of that light, though surely explainable, in this moment in time, is unknown. The wingtip facing the observer, could it be their smile that creates a source of light, they gleaming with gladness at the precious sight?
