We switch to a new plan this year (second year after merger, now its corporate parent plan). It's about the same price per week (~$400/month for me+ dependents) BUT this new plan covers less, has a HUGE deductible (none before. I know. ) and copays that range from $35-65 (before it was none or $20)

and that they couldn't fit into the tiny box many outsider folk deemed acceptable for who was "allowed" to be non-binary, as their body was noticeably curvy and shaped like a cis woman's stereotypically would be, even if their lived experience and feelings were not that. 2

I hear your frustration. A friend in my personal life echoed it, as they did not have the slim, slender, physically androgynous body type and felt the stress of both not feeling like their assigned gender for them 1
