Kitsap County’s Housing and Homelessness Division is launching the development of its new five-year Homeless Housing Plan. This comprehensive initiative aims to make homelessness a rare, brief, and one-time occurrence. We are in need of volunteers to assist with this process.

Today, a brush fire started in Pacific Palisades fueled by extremely high winds.
At the Getty Villa, some trees & vegetation on site have burned, but no structures are on fire, and staff and the collection remain safe.
The Villa is closed to non-emergency staff and the public.

One of the coolest things about publishing a book in Norway is that the gov will automatically buy 1k copies, 1.5K if its a children's book, these will then be distributed to all the libraries.
