after finding out about isolde joining manus willingly and the murders, she switched the form of address of "you" from informal to formal in german and that's about the coldest she's been to her. she slipped back into informal form near the end and continues to worry after her in the aftermath

she still continues to treat her as a good friend even after; she walks her home, holds her arm, lets her fix her collar and hair, tries to make her laugh, blushes under her gaze (?) i think she tries her best but there's a giant soft spot for isolde and lines blur easily when you're inexperienced

i think she tries, to a degree of success? she def is familiar with boundaries (first page of her story has her putting distance immediately when a patient initiates contact) but she also tried to not be isolde's doctor, until isolde gets strapped into that chair and she decides to do it herself
