Had a nice run in Evergreen this afternoon. Picked the perfect time as I had sunshine for my adventure in between all of today's rain. Also had some great improvement as I was able to do running intervals for the entire time, aka less walking!!! Whoo hoo!

When they tell you to be prepared for 2+ hours for an infusion...make sure to bring the pink cat headphones! This was a definite must have 😂

It's usually rare to see these two playing together but they've been kicking it up a bit more lately! Love how Zoe couldn't reach Flower even though she tried her hardest around the box because well, can't come out from her "hiding" spot 😂
