It's not far-fetched. There are a lot of red flags in the election. Elon Musk got Trump in which is why he's indebted to him. He can't get rid of him. Trump is Dangerous and needs to be impeached. He qualifies.

Oh, yeah, I've seen one of their offices near me. They replaced a Burger King and put in an Aspen Dental office! Never heard of them before then. I hope it all works out for you. So frustrating!

Also, I don't think you should leave it without a temp. One reason for it is to keep the space open because otherwise it may close in on itself.
