Work continues. Finished the back wall behind the Stargate. Just need to make door meshes for the frames, but I'll do that at a later time.

Had some time, so I worked on optimizing my Stargate. I've baked down the modeled details in the outer and inner ring sections into the textures, cutting the per-segment faces down from over 100k to 49k. Tradeoff is there's now a strong reliance on texture resolution. But so far, it's ok.

Began packaging and deploying projects directly from Unreal Engine to Steam Deck! Running both native Linux executables and Windows through Proton. Seeing an impressive 10fps performance improvement in native Linux, though it seems to break Nanite LODs.
