In other news, I had some free time yesterday, and so I took some of that time to make some banana bread from some overripe bananas we had in the house. It turned out VERY delicious. One of the loaves has not lasted a DAY, with how much we've been enjoying it!

This Porygon one especially. It's such a big loaf and I feel 1000% targeted as a programmer and lover of digital creatures. I love it so much and am gripping onto my wallet and soul with a lot of self-control right now.

Forgot to share last night, but new round of katsu! It went a lot faster the second time around, and less were overcooked this time!

Follow-up to the katsu, now fully assembled into a bowl with some simple katsu sauce!
