When he is talking I use every gimmick I’ve ever learned to stay in the moment. I pretend in my mind that he is giving me a presentation not just talking. And when I just can’t handle it, is especially if I’m in a spiral I ask him to tell his daddy first and then come tell me. Dad gives cliff notes

Yes!!!!!!! Here’s the kicker though I have bad adhd and my son is auadhd!!! So we constantly battle each other 😂😂😂
