A character design I did for a friend, very loosely inspired by her. A small lady with some very Big thoughts and feelings, so it felt appropriate to make everything feel a little oversized for her.

An old commission that I greatly enjoyed coloring - I had never done this kind of underwater lighting in copics before or since, but it was genuinely so much fun!

I'm really endeared to their friendship. I'm glad they had each other during the roughest parts of their lives.
I like the character art better than the background, so I isolated it.

One of the first things I drew after finishing the DunMeshi manga - light spoilers ahead!
I basically wanted to try something fun with all these flower stickers I had, so drawing ships felt appropriate. Don't know if I'll do a piece like this again.

I was hesitant to create a piece of vent art to kick off the new year, but the more I thought about it, the more important to me it became that I do so.
Art expresses oneself, both the good and the bad. And drawing this helped me, so maybe it's a net good in the end.
