Very true. Most in agriculture fall into the short sighted idea that only American businesses need to prosper. Good farmers understand that the water running under your farm comes from somewhere else.

I have a good friend that owns a giant farm including hogs and grain. She did not vote Trump but is very vocal about the fact that government does not understand true impact of tariffs on all agricultural operations. Everything from fertilizer to processing is traded globally.

With the fact that we sell a lot of grain to that country you bet. Agriculture suffers most during trade wars.
