I read Pauline Barmby's “Galilean Crossing” in the latest issue of Analog magazine. It was shorter than I expected. In the story, the expression “jump rockets” appeared, but does this refer to ordinary launch rockets? Or does it mean rockets that fly in ballistic flight from base to base on Europa?
