Class interests alone doesn't bring communism. It's about moving class interests (the particular), prefiguring the basis within it's movement, to become human interests (the universal).

I second this. On the other hand, Marx's Marxism was definitely more humanist than the vulgar materialism and economic reductionism of post-Marx Marxism.
