Hay bale (Australian Shepherd and wood grain thermos for scale)

"Parker House" rolls shaped into hamburger buns. I'm going to make chicken burgers with them later and I'll probably figure to take a picture of that so I'm posting this now.

An American French bread. I added a bit too much water for it to hold its shape while rising so it's a little squashed; the crumb is a little tight but it rose almost perfectly. The flavor was amazing!

Just came out of the oven! It will have a dark crispy crust with a soft pillowy, slightly chewy, interior; sweet and savory.

Before I put it in the oven: I glazed it with an egg and sprinkled more oatmeal on top.

I'm making a lite, sweet, molasses bread to go with dinner tonight. I forgot to get a picture of me making it but I'll try to get one after it's baked.

You know Summer's coming when the Farmers bring out the bees nests.

Getting closer!! I think I have a setup I like but, as it is said, no plan survives first contact with the enemy.

It's been at least 5 years since I've made focaccia and it shows. Crumb structure is too tight: the air pocket should be bigger. But a barely possible focaccia is still a very good bread.
4/10 focaccia.
8.5/10 bread.
