Today was a hard day. We had to say goodbye to our sweet boy Chubs (his real name was “Gatsby” but will forever be just Chubs). He was our first amputee baby but it never slowed him down. We’ll miss you everyday bud. Say hi to your brother and sisters when you meet them on the rainbow bridge. 🌈🌈

In case anyone wondered what parenting is liked, I put my hand under my kids chin while trying to toss a tater tot in her mouth knowing damn well if it fell she would try to eat off the floor. She asks me to move my hand. I do. I miss and tot falls. She snatches it off floor and tries to eat it. 🤦🏽‍♂️

This was the view from LA yesterday morning walking into work while the fires raged on. While I don’t live in the city, I do work there and have many friends that call it home. My heart hurts for everyone affected by this right now.
