I saw a post on X saying the big beautiful bill contains a provision allowing Trump to delay/cancel elections. No one has talked about this. I’ve not read the bill. Is this true?

So Miami has cancelled elections for November giving term limited officials another year. I don’t k own the reason they gave. I’m concerned this is the start of the road to cancelling midterms across the board. Anyone else have similar concerns
