Oh! I forgot to show y'all the sweater I finished over the weekend! Pattern is Ranunculus; I made the neck smaller and lengthened the sleeves. It's a delight to wear, so cozy and soft. (Yarn is a merino/silk blend.)

A table loaded with sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, turkey, carrots, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and gravy. Way in the back is a pumpkin pudding dessert. There are three place settings. An empty plate with the remains of all that food.

Cutting out small felt circles for next week's craft just to feel something

Went to Rhinebeck (NY Sheep & Wool festival) for the first time in years. Finally got to try the lamb souvlaki! Also bought some yarn.
A relatively small line for the lamb kebab tent. The souvlaki was AMAZING. Yarn purchased today, clockwise from top left: worsted merino silk from JMR Studio in a purple/pink/blue subtle variegation; Wensleydale locks from Windsong Farm in mixed colors; a DK merino gradient that runs from light gray to deep purple from White Birch Fiber Arts and a rainbow gradient that's a little darker than primary colors in a silk/linen fingering weight, also from White Birch. This is the smallest amount of yarn I've ever brought home from Rhinebeck.

Dinner
Rectangular pizza topped with sliced pears and crumbled goat cheese, just out of the oven. There's a bit of balsamic vinegar and honey on the pears, which is not visible but very important. A rectangular pizza topped with sliced crimini mushrooms and roasted tiny yellow and red tomatoes, and also shredded mozzarella. The cheese is lovely and slightly browned. Not pictured is the pesto drizzle.

A smallish round black metal table and a matching chair with cushions, outdoors on a raised deck surrounded by bushes. There is a wooden yarn swift clamped to the arm of the chair and a ball winder clamped to the table opposite it. In the middle of the table is a skein of yarn resting on a large dried starfish; a large white coffee cup and a pair of yarn snips sit off to one side. A skein of Wool & Bark yarn in blues, purples, and greens, leaning on a large dried starfish I borrowed from inside. It seemed fitting. The skein wound into a ball. A little messy looking but it'll do.
