To put it simply: Leo has no memory, Casey is his son and they been surviving together. Donnie hears a rumor and becomes obsessed with finding them to see if they are his twin/crush and Casey/his future-son. The whole turns into a manhunt filled with misunderstanding, hard truths and obsessions
