If I’m going to be wearing for a long time, honestly I clip my hair up with a claw clip and the top part of my hair acts almost as padding for the band 😅 It’s the only way I can wear them for so long! Good luck!! ❤️❤️

I’m a nurse, and honestly the ones that fold flat are more comfortable to wear for longer periods. The harder formed ones don’t get tight enough on my face, nor are they comfortable to wear for longer periods of time. The ones I use are these at work: www.protectly.co/products/3m-...
