I drive an unmodified truck with those kind of headlights and the low beams cut off below the rear window of most cars. I've only ever seen anything like that head on with a car in a parking lot.

FYI: Those aren't the high beams. The high beams are below the low beams and direct light upwards. The low beams also stay on with the high beams. That truck appears to be lifted without low beam aim adjustment. It's also bad to assume they don't have a better unregistered firearm.

Space is dark (for real though, 95% of what people are reporting is normal commercial aircraft they never noticed before and the lights can be cross referenced with flight tracking apps. Some apps even have AR which overlay specific aircraft information on the lights.)
