He tried to kill me and had my Mom not stepped in (and gotten beaten instead) I may not be here. He went to jail because I called the police (something I didn’t believe in doing even then) to remove him from our home but didn’t even stay the whole night, the next morning way before I had to be up he reached under the blankets and dragged me out of my bed by my ankle like a ragdoll. I went to school that day like it was normal. We never even went to the family therapy the court mandated. *clown honk* 🤡
