The trademark of the new season of Precure has been revealed! It'll be called "Star Detective Precure"! I'm assuming a detective/crime/discovery theme? We should hear more news of the characters, designs, etc. in the upcoming weeks!

Ovid's dress is now done! Gotta work on the accessories like the one attached to the dress (started) & for her wig! Speaking of, I also gotta style it (which I kinda want to do next) & also prime & paint the scroll, wreath, & butterfly!

I used stitch witchery to hold the trim down on the hem of the dress and then sewed it down.

The trim came in a day late, but I can continue with Ovid! I made the cuffs with it and added snaps on the ends so that I can put it on!

I also added elastic on the top of the sleeves and sewed to the inside of the fur. All I have to do left for this dress is to add the gold trim (which I'll get tomorrow). Then I can work on the accessories and wig!

Some mini Ovid progress! Worked on the sleeves. Mockup 1st then transfered to crystal organza. Added elastic on the wrist area for the shape!

Adding the fur! Lined it with the same linen fabric. It's now mostly sewn to the dress. Need to adjust a bit along with making the sleeves, adding the gold trim, and zipper! Then the dress will be done and I can focus on the accessories and wig!

While waiting for main fabrics I make the mockup. I fold the fabric diagonally and cut the shape (did twice for front and back). Even after seeing together & adding a zipper, I still adjusted!
Mockup so far but I still need to wait 24hrs to trim since I cut on the bias!
