For an even crazier comparison, here’s pre egg crack (~early 2020).
Iris in early 2020 just before her egg cracking. Thick stubble, greasy skin, oily hair, and smile barely even managed. She’s got them dead-eyes for sure. Iris from just a couple weeks ago. She already posted a different one from this set but the angle was close enough to compare. Her skin and hair are much healthier, smile is more genuine, and her eyes are larger and have light in them.

One year.
Iris, day one of hormones. Dressed in a pale lavender sweater, a smile is forced out but doesn’t quite reach her eyes. Her bangs are wispy, face is blocky and poorly shaved. Still, she’s hopeful for her future. Iris, about a week before finishing one year of hormones. She smiles up to the camera, her face is softer and cheeks more plump, hair is thicker, and she’s wearing a coral lipstick to match her orange overall-dress. It’s difficult to define just all the ways she’s changed but it’s undeniable.

Been casually messing with bass for several years, but only started getting kinda serious in the last 5 or 6 months. Trying to improve so I can help some friends record and play some shows.

This is still pretty messy (and cutoff because bsky) but I’m starting to get somewhere!!
