Apricot and Cherry Trees blossom in Spring.

Banana, Mango, Orange, and Peach Trees blossom in Summer.

Apple and Pomegranate Trees blossom in the Fall.

They don’t die in winter.

The middle one is Mona, which Abigail stands around depending on the weather.

Certain ones have specific dialogue for if you’re the same gender, such as Alex or Abigail.

Similarly, George will be displeased if you marry Alex as a guy, until he warms up to you eventually.

A Bug Steak is an Edible Crafted Item that’s unlocked at Combat Level 1.

It’s crafted using 10 Bug Meat and hated by all villagers.

It can be used on the Sewing Machine to make Goggles which you can wear.

It can be sold for 50 Gold, which is less than selling the Bug Meat.

Donations Atifacts or Minerals to the Museum gives you rewards.

Every five or ten Items get you a reward.

Every ten Minerals, starting at 11, gets you something.

And the rewards for Artifacts are fairly random, with some requiring you to have donated certain items.

Certain Fish or items that class as Decoration can be placed inside, with some fish being animated inside the tank.

You can even put a Pineapple in there.

Having Ancient Fruit in the Greenhouse and making Wines from that can also help.

A base Ancient Fruit Wine sells for 1650 Gold, and Iridium quality sells for 3300 Gold for a single bottle.

Once you claim Foraging Mastery, you get the recipe to craft a Treasure Totem.

Treasure Totems can spawn up to 16 Artifact Spots in a circle around the player on Tillable Ground.

It takes 5 Hardwood, 1 Mystic Syrup, and 10 Moss to make a single Treasure Totem.

Just like any Egg, Dinosaur Eggs can be turned into Mayonnaise.

Using the Mayonnaise Machine, Dinosaur Mayonnaise takes 3 ingame hours to make.

Everyone likes it except for Jas, Vincent, and Sebastian.

It’s also an option for the Joja Mart Bundle.

You can bet either 10 or 100 Qi Coins when using one of them.

If the machine lands on one of the randomised winning lines, it multiplies the bet and returns it.

The Frog Egg is a trinket from after obtaining Combat Mastery.

It can be found by killing Monsters, breaking Crates and Barrels, either of the Mines or the Skull Cavern.

Equipping it means a Frog spawns and follows you around.

It also eats Monsters that get too close.

Only available in Multiplayer, it allows you to marry another player.

It takes 5 Iridium Bars, 1 Prismatic Shard, and 500 Gold to buy the recipe from the Traveling Cart.

One idea is to make a ‘retirement chest’.

Fill one chest with Wine, Ancient Fruit, or anything else that sells for a lot.

During Winter, slowly sell the contents. Then fill it again!

Every year on Spring 17, a Pot Of Gold appears at the end of a rainbow near the Abandoned House in Cindersap Forest.

In the first year, it gives you 200 Gold and the Leprechaun Hat, afterward the Gold increases by 25 each year.

The increase caps at year 93.

The Slime Charmer Ring is one of the most difficult Rings to get, coming from an Adventurer’s Guild’s quest.

Getting it requires to kill 1000 Slims in the mines, domesticated ones don’t count.

It prevents damage from Slimes as well the Slime Debuff.

Useful if raising them.

If you have a Joja Subscription, it costs 50000 for one.

It’s also a very small chance to get one from the Skull Cavern, Dangerous Mines, or a Golden Mystery Box.

They auto pet your animals in that area every morning.

A good way to get Bait or Deluxe Bait is to use the Worm Bin or Deluxe Worm Bin respectively.

The deluxe version was added in the latest update.

They both give 4-5 Baits daily, depending which one you have.

The Deluxe one is made by upgrading the normal one.

One of the greatest uses for it, is to obtain the Galaxy Sword from the Calico Desert.

It is also a universal loved gift for everyone except Haley, who happens to absolutely hate it.

Slime Hutches can be built by Robin for 500 Stone, 10 Refined Quartz, 1 Iridium Bar, and 10000 Gold.

Like other animals, they mate autonomously, and need water instead of the usual Hay.

Golden Chickens can be Incubated from a Golden Egg, which can be received after reaching Perfection.

Ways to get Golden Eggs vary, buying them from Marnie or Qi, or waiting for an event.

Ostriches are another somewhat bizarre animal you can keep on your farm, this time living in your Barn.

They take 9 days to hatch from the Ostrich Incubator, a recipe you get from Professor Snail.

They then act like any other egg laying animal, laying them once a week.

As well as other normal animals you can have, you can also hatch a Dinosaur.

They’re hatched in the Incubator and take 11 in game days.

Once they’re hatched and kept fed, they lay Dinosaur Eggs every 7 days, these can be hatched, turned into Mayo, or Donated to the Museum.
