I think vaccines will be harder to come by, even if they don't get outright banned, and funding for them will disappear.

You mean the benefactors of the generational wealth he accumulated through willful apathy towards the suffering of people who were PAYING for the care he denied them? They should be sued for negligence against humanity for not offing him themselves.
