I think the only way to not get into a binge restrict cycle and actually rapidly lose weight as an adult in uni and working 25-30 hours in an active job is to have a higher goal. It makes me feel so invalid bc I'm already overweight but I can't continue like thisss

I hate that looking at my body unposed just makes me think of how people must be judging me. I wish I could be ok with what I have and strive to improve to make myself feel good about myself and not because I think I'm ugly. I can see good attributes but it's like they're buried under layers of fat
