Interested in just about everything, especially people.
A country with so much wealth disparity that 50% of the people already face food insecurity, while a tiny minority of super wealthy control the government agenda, is unlikely to make it through a depression/ "great recession" peacefully.

In two years I'll be more worried about Americans killing each other than Americans killing us.

Don't negotiate with Donald Trump. Bullies Never Give Up their ability to threaten people. Any deal would be worthless.

The US created Less jobs in 2025 than it did in one month of 2024. Half of Americans worry about affording groceries. Tariffs are the problem wait for Americans to figure it out
December 18, 2025 at 12:03 PM
Our demands would be that he make Groceries unaffordable for half of Americans, slash US economic growth & job creation, and take Affordable Health Care away from 42 million people, but he's already done so.

Instead we should demand Texas, New Mexico, and Georgia, depopulated, like his gaza plan

After all the Dirty Work Danielle Smith did for Trump, America is now set to replacing Alberta's oil with Venezuela's.

She was too slow, she was incompetent, but that prpbaly didnt matter. When you deal with fascists, you will always get screwed.
December 18, 2025 at 11:09 AM
In exchange, we want Georgia, New Mexico & Texas, but the people in there have to leave.

And you know its serious when a German newspaper brings up a topic that particularly painful to Germans.
December 17, 2025 at 1:49 PM
A German newspaper wrote this in 2016.

I failed to mention, Belarus also exports Potash. Trump is ending sanctions against fellow axis countries, and raising tarrifs against NATO.

I dont think its a coincidence this happened amidst a lot of secret meetings, by Trumps inner circle, in Moscow.
December 15, 2025 at 8:03 PM
BUT.

Trump gains a pretext for dropping sanctions against Belarus, allowing the Axis to support each other economically, supporting Belarus and Russia as they try to conquer Ukraine.

Carney played his hand masterfully, yet the US moves a step deeper into Putin's pocket.

2/ The typical American soldier doesn't deserve that stain, but their leadership does. And when the US tries to work with other countries ("we need to run a spec op in your waters tonight, cant say why") this will causr serious problems.
December 5, 2025 at 10:56 AM
1/ I don't think it matters. Shooting at people who can't shoot back, hide, or run away, is murder.

For at least a generation, when others see a US Military uniform, they will see not a warrior or protector, but a lowlife bully.
December 5, 2025 at 10:47 AM
They have to. Otherwise they'd see Norway and Saudi Arabia have multi trillion dollar sovereign wealth funds, while Alberta has wealthy ex-politicians.
December 4, 2025 at 3:45 PM
I can't stop laughing: Alberta sees thr Liberals who built a pipeline as anti-oil, and the UCP who cancelled 5000 oil tanker rail cars as pro oil.
December 2, 2025 at 3:49 PM
But I find even more worrying assuming that's possible is that as the fate of the Free World is being decided, the US is sitting with Russia, opposing the NATO allies & Ukraine.

Wqrd Carrol's a former career navy officer and former press spokesman for a major projects office. His youtube video "admiral in charge of caribbean drug war suddenly resigns" adds a lot of details to this story.

The f35 has become so expensive to fly, that we'll need a second fighter type just to avoid bankrupting ourselves.

If we could have an air force of both types, we could do NORAD & low threat missions with the Gripen & save the F35 for raids that require stealth.

2/ I didn't hear any Republicans complain.

The republican party is named after a system of government they're trying to end. I'd say a craving for hypocrisy is a prerequisite.

1/ In the Clinton days, Newt Gingrich said on TV that no man who cheats on his wife is fit to be president.

Newt said it while he himself was both cheating on his wife, and 2nd in the line of succession to become president.

20 years later Newt worked to elect our Felon in chief, who cheats.
