#Repullulation is when spring buds and leaves unfurl. It's very close to our #FirstFlower Celebration, but where First Flower is public, Repullulation is more private. We see now what hid beneath our sadness & weightiness we shed in the Abscission & take joy as we emerge stronger, wiser.

#Hibernation, or #Wintering, is the time between #Abscission and #Repullulation. We take time in the middle to share our maturation/adaptability. We begin to see and feel the growth inside, the nascent buds of our #spiritual future, and we can sense our Repullulation.

#Abscission, in Nov, is when we acknowledge the weight of the year, our sadnesses, disappointments, our pain, and in Ceremony, we release them from us like trees shed leaves. Once shed, we enter hibernation/wintering where we study & embrace this #melancholy, explore our #sadnesses.

Properly prepared tea is always a delight; even tea dust and fannings of a cheap tea bag can be made tasty.

We have the Feast of New Beginnings, which focuses on goals & projects for the upcoming year. We gather the tools to present to our Numena for blessing. We create silly songs about our goals to chant to ourselves as inspiration: I am a being of courage & joy, see my bravery in this charming ploy.
