no this is the one that was already there. I think the Silk group bought it when they were trying to get the other spot opened and now that they have the bigger location are trying to unload this one. right down the block from Duke's / across from Trinity.

they should never have changed the name from "Art's Performing Center" which i think added some charm due to its proximity to the marcus performing arts center

Her review “that WAS really good!” The one criticism is that if she was Amy Brennemen she would have gone to the cops the second she suspected Deniro was involved in the bank heist which is fair.
