Thank you to our refugee charity @storiesofhome.bsky.social who spoke from the heart today especially as they shared their refugee experiences from Algeria,South Africa and Ghana with Year 1 and 2. We hope we made you feel welcome in our school community.

Year 5 and 6 have taken our designs from yesterday and brought them to life! We worked brilliantly in teams to make our board games with an electronic component 🎲

The last 2 weeks Year 1 have been busy in forest school creating their very own stone families! It was great to see their creativity sparkle as they used the natural environment to create those most dear to them. Great creations Year 1. Can they tell you who is who?

Vocations Day at St Anne’s. Reception loved having Dougie’s Grandad Sim and Lorcan’s mum Louise come to talk about their jobs as a painter and decorator & a heart specialist nurse. Thank you very much to you both for telling us about your job and sharing the tools you use. The children loved it.
