i am very excited for new update. Whenever it might come out. Im holding out a little bit with playing again till it comes though

Maybe its a thing that scales wrong, ive used it lots to help remember what certain things are called. The alternative is just googling stuff.
If stuff is slower with it i can only guess they just stopped trying to make stuff themselves
