Failed deliveries cost companies billions yearly. I offer three low-cost solutions that can reduce failed attempts by up to 10%: 1) plan sequences to prioritize risky deliveries, 2) reduce loads on trucks and drivers’ schedules, and 3) decentralize warehouses and use zones.
