I love dogs, cats, awesome jewelry, photography, my old country farmhouse, birds, hiking, camping, kayaking, cooking, gardening… and so much more.
I’ve been thinking a lot of my mother who fled Nazi Germany by herself at 16 years old. I think of three generations of my family who fled the Pale in Russia in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Desperate for freedom, they all took on tremendous odds for freedom. No different from the migrants.
