In a story of resilience, Erin Schneider opens up about her journey after being diagnosed with chordoma. Thanks to the care from Dr. Juan Carlos Fernandez-Miranda and his team, she underwent a successful tumor resection and occipital spinal fusion.

Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery, Dr. Vivek Buch, focuses on open and minimally invasive treatment of epilepsy. Laser interstitial thermal therapy (LITT) targets the area of the brain where seizures start with a device called a probe and emits heat to destroy the cells. #EpilepsyAwarenessMonth
