What is so upsetting about a bully, besides the harm they cause others, is the fact that they will never, ever be honest!
Bullies need to rewrite reality so they can deny accountability! They need to distort the facts to protect their self-image.

The worst part of a bully is the part that manipulates you and then convinces you to think or feel they have changed or will change until you are right back to being manipulated again.

You need to use your words forcefully, strong, and direct to bullies. Do not speak softly. They need to know you mean what you say, you will do what you say, and you will not back down.
