That statement does not say to whom he's giving the money to. It's just inferred that it's going to be to a voter. He pulled the same crap before the election in PA. He'll give the money to a PAC. It's a scam to get out the red vote.

Look, I hate Musk as much as the next guy, but can someone show me where he promised the $2M to voters? His wording is just that he's going to hand out 2 checks, it doesn't say to whom. He could give them to PAC's and call them donations.
