Don't like walking up the stairs in complete darkness because when I reach the top, I try to step on the ghost step. The lack of physical step is just slightly uncomfortable enough to knock me out of my flow state 🥀

As I grabbed a pan out from my kitchen dish drying rack, a glass bowl dislodged and fell off the counter but no worries, I have 15+ years of gaming reflexes under my belt so I caught it with my other hand 😎

Bought the new AirPods Pro 3 (my first AirPods that I’ve tried) and they’re trash. My £25 IEMs sound better. These are £219.

So I’ve just looked at battery testing on the new iPhones and there’s actually zero improvement if you’re from the UK where the phones have a physical SIM card slot. The claims Apple made only Apple to eSIM versions of the phone. Lame.

This “liquid glass” theme in the customisation options for iOS is what I made my 2010 iPod Touch look like after jailbreaking it and installing icon packs. It looks cool at first and then you get REALLY tired of it being a uniform monochromatic blend. You’re essentially making yourself colour blind.

Just remembered when I worked in IT like 10 years ago, a senior colleague used a thick textbook to learn a new version of Microsoft Windows. He studied it like a bible.

The new Airpods 3 Pro also sounded cool too specifically for the extra functionality of heart rate monitoring without having to buy/wear a smartwatch as well. But it sounds like it’ll only work for workouts? If I can’t track my resting heart rate too then it’s useless.

I bought a bunch of random food yesterday as a birthday treat (I’m 31 now) and one of the things I’ve never tried are these things. Lychees. I peeled the skin and ate one and it was terrible, what the hell man.

iPhone 17 pro looks great, nice upgrades. Maybe I’ll get it in a couple of years for 1/3rd of the price that ppl will pay for it now lol
