please consider donating to translegalaidtx.com if you can. they help pay for passports for people who can't afford them, and since right now Texans can't change birth certificates even w/a court order, passports are the only way to get a correct gender document that also shows citizenship.

One hundred percent. The ones in charge I've noticed don't have a whole lot of health care training too, if you've noticed. It's a business venture, not much else.
