this project had likely been planned for months and was announced at a convention that had to have a lot of time to plan. this isn't the kind of thing you just do on a whim.

alternatively, and this is probably more likely, it was a complete coincidence. gios article was probably more likely timed by the announcement of the fraf forums, as it was almost exactly a week after that.

i mean considering gio is a known stalker its not unlikely he managed to obtain information about this through unscrupulous means ahead of time.

this was definitely planned way before gios hitpiece (thats what it is, dont fight me on this) was a thing. if anything id believe gio maliciously timed the drop of his article.

for the record im a copyright abolitionist, and i think hussie was probably overzealous with copyright, but i also think that the way gio went about things both in the past and right now was significantly worse.

the legal action was a last resort because gio, a major blabbermouth with a known reputation of saying defamatory things towards members of the team, refused to sign an nda and issue an apology for his past harassment and stalking. which are incontrovertibly things he did.

what exactly is the abuse tactic here? because im looking at the article and all i can see is gio calling having friends and speaking cordially "abusive". gio was extremely uncooperative with people who wanted to reach a mutually beneficial outcome despite everything that happened in the past
