The purpose of this scan is to find stocks in Stage 2 whose weekly momentum has changed to positive, but are within 5% of their 10 week MA still.

So there's more stocks in uptrends than downtrends still. But while there's been deterioration, there has been some rotation also. Hence, the Stage 2 uptrend remains intact, but being extremely selective seems prudent at this point in the cycle.
